We accept Paypal, Coinbase, Card Payments, Payeer and Paytm.

Paypal has a minimum deposit of $10, Card Payments has minimum $5 or $10 depending on the method used, Coinbase has $1 minimum, Payeer has $10 minimum and Paytm has minimum of $5.

Refunds are made to your GainsPanel account when the order is cancelled or Partial. No refunds are made to the payment method used on the website.

Lots of people can benefit from using Drip-feed since this feature allows to build the engagement at the speed you want. Let's say you want 2000 likes on your IG post: you can get all 2000 at once or make the process more seamless and get, for example, 200 likes per day for 10 days.

Sometimes a service can be temporarily unavailable and is unable to take the order and therefore cancels the order. If any order is cancelled, the funds used for that order are automatically refunded to your account balance.  Please check the canceled order cost is zero. You can check your account balance too. In this case just order again.

Please do not order a service on the same link while the previous order is still running. This can cause issues such as incorrectly delivered orders or stuck orders. In the event that your order is marked completed without being delivered and it is caused by the issue mentioned we would not be able to help with refunds or refills.  

Order starts instantly and delivers fast. In the other case order starts instantly and delivers almost instantly. In service titles where only INSTANT is mentioned this means that order starts instantly.

While we do our best to put services that deliver on time without delays there may be cases where your orders might get delayed due to overload on the servers. In that case, our team works hard to deliver the order ASAP (You can also get in touch with us & ask to speed up your order). If the order does not have any movement within 48-72 hours please contact us so we can cancel this order for you. 

The speed of the service is mentioned in the service description before you place the order. The description mentions the rate of speed at which the service delivers the order however conditions such as total order quantity on the service can affect the speed of the delivery. You can raise a ticket and ask us to speed up the order. 

Yes, but not on all the services. Usually if a service has a refill option it is mentioned in the service name itself e.g. Instagram Likes- 10K MAX - REFILL 30 DAYS.  If refill is not mentioned in the service and you order it, please do not expect the number you ordered to stay unless the service mentions LOW DROP / NON DROP / Percentage Drop i.e 5-10% Drop.

If you place an order with us after using other providers. For example, they place an order with us of 1000 followers on an account with tens and thousands of followers. Followers on such accounts are bound to drop at some point due to a large amount of previously bought followers and would not be eligible for a refill. Furthermore if your profile is no longer public or you have changed the profile username since the order was done it would not be eliglible for refill.

Most of our services come with a refill guarantee. In case there is a drop, we would replenish your account free of charge if you face a drop within the refill period. When a service has refill guarantee it is mentioned in the service name. Services that are non drop or low drop usually have NON DROP, LOW DROP or the percentages for the drop i.e 5-10% DROP are mentioned in the service title.
